Adobe Flash Player Update Released to Fix Critical Vulnerability

    Adobe has released Flash Player update for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X to address Critical Remote Code Execution Vulnerability exploited by hackers. If you didnt get any update notification automatically or turned off automatic update notification in Adobe settings, then make sure you check for updates by launching the flash player application in your PC or Mac.

    Manually update Adobe Flash Player on Mac OS X

    You can manually check for update in Mac OS X by going to “System Preferences – Flash Player – Advanced – Updates – Check Now“. This will immediately check for available update with adobe update server and asks you permission to download the update.

    Adobe Flash Player now updated with version 15.0.0.239 for Windows, Mac users and 11.2.202.424 version for Linux users. So double check the version number to prevent attack against your computer or network. Adobe also patched few other vulnerabilities with this update to tighten the overall security of the plugin.

    You can manually download and install Adobe flash player from the official website.
