KeymasteriOS 7.1 Beta 4 rolled out to developers couple of days ago. We also updated iOS 7.1 beta 4 direct download links yesterday. There is a bad news waiting for people who like to jailbreak their iOS device and do more customization and tweaks. Apple has patched the kernel exploit in iOS 7.1 beta 4, so you should stay at iOS 7.0.4 if you dont want to loose the jailbreak.
Team Evasi0n has tweeted about this and confirmed there will be no update to evasi0n soon.

So the code sign bug that evasi0n7 uses still exists in 7.1b4. Kernel exploit looks patched though :P
— iH8sn0w (@iH8sn0w) January 21, 2014

iOS 7.1 is mostly about stability improvements and bug fixes. Hence, if you dont want to loose the jailbreak on your iOS device, then stay with the current iOS 7 version on your device.
