Hackers have hosted apple id login phishing page in EA.com servers which tricks a victim into submitting their Apple ID, Password, Name, Card Number, Expiration Date, Verification Code, DOB, Phone Number, Mothers maiden name and some more important details as well. Beware and avoid entering your apple id login details in ea.com. Verify the URL (https://appleid.apple.com) in the address bar before entering your apple id.

Netcraft, Anti Phishing service provider alerted EA about this huge security flaw. EA also confirms that the security issue now isolated and taking steps to prevent such hacking or phishing page hosting attempts in future. One of the best countermeasure is to make sure you verify the address before entering your login id and password.

This apple id phishing page attack works only on Windows computers and not in iOS devices. So windows users who have already entered their apple id login details through this phishing page should immediately change their password and protect their account.
