Fix “Estimating Time Remaining…” Error in iPhone and iPad

    So, you were excited to update the latest iOS software in your iPhone or iPad. But after tapping on “Download and Install”, all you see is “Estimating Time Remaining…” error in the Software Update section. There isn’t any progress even after several hours and you are not sure what to do next?

    When you see this “Estimating Time Remaining…” status for long time, then start following the steps suggested below,

    Step 1: Go to “Settings – General – iPhone Storage” and Delete any “iOS Software Update” that is already downloaded to your iPhone or iPad.

    Step 2: Restart your iPhone or iPad and connect to WiFi Network.
