KeymasterWell, i won’t recommend fixing this problem at all. Let me explain. Apple introduced Optimised Charging feature in iOS 13 to maintain Battery Health. If your iPhone not charging after 80 percent, don’t worry. Continue reading and you will find the answer shortly. Your battery health will be protected by charging the device slower. That is why Apple introduced this Optimised Charging feature to fast charge iPhone till 80% and slow it down after that.
If you were using heavy in the previous days, then the battery will be charged faster even after it reaches 80%. Based on your previous days usage, the charging speed is determined after 80 percent.
So charging iPhone battery is managed automatically in iOS 13 and above versions. You don’t have to control it. If you want the Battery Health to maintain well in coming days. Since the introduction of Battery Health feature, people are so worried about it getting reduced.

It’s absolutely fine. Another good news I like to add is, in my personal observation, Battery Health feature itself is still in Beta. Though apple is got out of its Beta tag, I still believe that it is still stuck in Beta.
Because, within the iOS updates, it suddenly increased 1 to 2% for some people. That’s where it confirms my understanding that Battery Health feature still not accurate in iPhone.

How to Fix iPhone Not Charging after 80 Percent?
If you understood the above, then you obviously don’t want to do the below steps. However, if you want it for some emergency reasons to get the charge on your iPhone always to reach 100% for few days, then go ahead and follow the step.
Step 1: Go to Settings – Battery.
Step 2: Turn OFF “Optimised Battery Charging” feature.
That is all. You have turned off the automatic management of your iPhone Charging feature. Now the iPhone will charge from 0 to 100% faster depending upon the charger you use.
