If you upgraded or installed Mountain Lion on your Mac computer, then you have to install Adobe Flash Player and Java to view the web contents associated to them. There will be a prompt for Adobe Flash Player and it was the same for Java as well. But for some users the auto detection of plugin requirement seems not working and here we have a direct link to download and install Java on your Macbook or iMac.

Due to security issues and concerns, it is highly recommended to install Java only from apple website as Mac OS X has a complete modified Java versions that suites for OS X platform and ensures better security as well.

Download Java for Mountain Lion (JavaForOSX.dmg)

    File Type: 64.1 MB

In the above link, you can download Java in .dmg file format which can be installed on your Lion or Mountain Lion running computer. Thanks for reading and you may now share this topic to help more people by sharing it in Facebook, Twitter or Google+.
