Apple released iOS 16.4.1 (a) Rapid Security Response Update, ending in Verification Failed Error for most users. If you are trying to update your iPhone and seeing the following Verification Failed Error, consider waiting for some time and then updating again.
I have tried Restarting my iPhone, but that didn’t help.
The problem is not local, and it’s Apple’s Software Update verification server related. We cannot fix it with any troubleshooting steps. Also Read, “Trust This Computer” Alert Message Not Showing on Your iPhone?
So, give a few hours, and Apple will most likely fix the problem.
iOS 16.4.1 (a) Rapid Security Response Verification Failed Error
Unable to Verify Security Response. iOS Security Response 16.4.1 (a) failed verification because you are no longer connected to the internet error message is all we see. Even after several attempts, iPhone restarts, airplane mode on and off, the update failed.
Retry won’t help in this case. Give Remind me Later and try updating after a few hours. It will work.
Then Updating to the latest iOS 16.4.1 (a) Rapid Security Response update shouldn’t be a problem. Will update this page once Apple has sorted the issue out.
Also, this update is all about Security Fixes. Some high-risk security exploits currently in use by hackers may be. It’s always good to update immediately whenever you see such security fixes and updates. Thanks for reading, and have a wonderful day.
