Update: iOS 8.1.1 direct download links are updated. You can do a clean installation of iOS 8.1.1 using the following links, just make sure you download the correct file for your iOS device.
Apple released iOS 8.1 with new features such as SMS Relay, Receive/Make Calls from your Mac, Apple Pay, iCloud Photo Library, Camera Roll (back on iOS 8.1) and many more bug fixes and improvements. You can download it via OTA by navigating to Settings – General – Software update on your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. After upgrading to iOS 8.1 if you notice any fast battery drain or network issues, then you may consider trying manual installation by downloading the .ipsw file from above links. Use iTunes to Restore the file to complete the clean installation, and make sure you have done a backup of your Photos, Apps and other data.
