It’s a huge jump from iOS 13.4 to iOS 13.4.5. Apple recent acknowledged Personal Hotspot problem in iPhone. It is not new to the latest iOS 13.4, but exists since iOS 13.1. It is very frustrating for many iPhone users. As we all work from home these days and not sure when things will become normal, apple is so careless to delay the Personal Hotspot Bug Fix.
I wish apple gave some priority to the Issue understanding the situation and brings an update quickly.
iOS 13.4 is not perfect. Apart from the over due Personal Hotspot problem, Springboard frequent crash, Poor Memory management causing App Crashes and Network Connectivity improvements are also in the list.

iOS 13.4.5 is expected to bring two important fixes. Personal Hotspot and Network Connectivity Fixes and Improvements. To be specific, Cellular Data connectivity improvements.
How to Fix Personal Hotspot Problem in iPhone?
Right now, apple suggests that people can Turn OFF and ON the Personal Hotspot to fix the problem. I personally tried what apple have suggested and it really didn’t work. Even after Turning it OFF and ON for almost 10 times.
Apple suggested its service technicians since last month to be prepared for customers to walk in with iPhone Personal Hotspot Problems. And suggested the above fix as well.
But sadly, it miserably failed. I connected my iPhone 11 Pro max personal hotspot with iMac 27 inch 2019 model. It’s clearly iOS software problem which we are expecting fix with iOS 13.4.5 release in coming weeks.
