    Well, its too late, but atlast it happened. WhatsApp GIF Support for iPhone finally comes. Download and Update WhatsApp to latest version released few hours ago, to start sharing GIF animations with your friends and family. If you are using iPhone 6S and iPhone 7, then you can also share Live Photos on WhatsApp. GIF Apps like Giphy and Tenor (formerly Riffsy) are now very well compatible with WhatsApp on iPhone.

    Make the conversation more funnier and make your friends and family smile a lot. Sharing Gif images really spice up the conversation and after a huge delay WhatsApp brings GIF feature to iPhone. This update rolled out globally yesterday with Live Photos support as well.

    If you are using iPhone 6S/7 phones, you will be able to share Live Photos to Friends and Group Messages. Videos that are 6 seconds shorter can be sent as GIF images. This easy GIF Convert tool now comes with WhatsApp. Select the video that you want to share and select GIF from the toggle to convert and send it as GIF Image.

    Any Live Photos you send also converted as GIF images and users will be able to see the mark “GIF” on the image and play it by tapping on the image.

    Telegram, Hike and other popular Messenger Apps have started to support GIF images long ago. Though its late, it is definitely a welcome move by WhatsApp to make the users stay with their platform.
