The site uses images to display the progress bar and other recharge icons. So there is no such automated detection system that is deployed in the back end to monitor the number of likes an user do.

  1. nowadays the no of scams in fb increasing more and more. And the main thing is because huge amount of facebook’s monthly active users. This is attracting the scammers. See nowadays the fb advertising becomes more familiar than other social media advertising.
