Parallels Desktop “You have Entered an Upgrade Key” Problem

    Hi I watched ur video from youtube about bootcamp & parallels and I bought Parallels Desktop and In any way? Do you know or would you be able to help? The problem is I already entered an activation key that was also sent to my email and it also says that i still have to enter another one “You have entered an upgrade key. Please confirm it with a key from the previous version” Where can I find this key?

    Hello, I think you have purchased an Upgrade License Key, Instead of standalone version key. Kindly contact Parallels Support via email. [email protected]. They will respond to you after verifying your license key and suggest you what you have to do now to fix this problem.
