Hi bro, HK model shouldnt be a problem. It could be due to SIM Card sometimes. If we are using older SIM Card then such things happen. its a possibility. Kindly check with Jio customer care once and they mostly send technician to our place to check and fix such 5G not working issue.
Yes bro. it shouldnt be a problem. Oneplus confirmed that all of their phones released since 2020 will support Airtel and Jio 5G.
Update: WhatsApp Update v23.6.74 Fixes WhatsApp Status Audio Overlap Problem. Do update your WhatsApp If you are still experiencing this Problem. If your WhatsApp Crash and Force Close everytime you Open the App, this update also fixed that problem. I hope it helps.
Hi Dave, Todays WhatsApp Update Fixes Crashing Problem iPhone users were facing. If you are still facing that problem, do update whatsapp from appstore and check whether its working normally or not.
Its clearly software issue, but iOS Restore should have helped if its iOS related problem. Looks like recent whatsapp updates have caused so many issues for many iPhone users. I am handling similar problems in twitter from our fellow iPhone users too.
It is good to check once with apple service center in your case Dave. whether any hardware level issue is causing such crashes repeatedly or not should be diagnosed once too.
So the problem is with the whatsapp or the backup file. Let me check for any possible work around to access the data. will reply shortly.

Yes its possible. Updating to latest whatsapp version also recommended basic troubleshooting step. If its whatsapp related issue then updating will help fixing it. otherwise iOS related steps as suggested above should be tried. I hope it works.
Hi Dave, Sorry to know that problem still not solved. as a last option you can take full backup of your iPhone in iTunes and perform iOS Restore once. Then restoring the backup will help fixing the problem related to apps and iOS system. When suggested troubleshooting steps didnt help, thats the best way to solve it.

I haven’t done any video in our channel about iOS Restore yet. but above article will help to do it yourself if you have a Windows computer with iTunes installed or if you own a Mac then you can use Finder App to perform the iOS Restore after connecting your iPhone.
If the phone is under warranty or you like to get a technician help, then you may visit nearest apple service center and they will do it for you.
Do try this app offload method dave, this should clear out any app specific problems causing such crash and restart.
also if you have any third party keyboards enabled, try disabling that temporarily and set it to default stock keyboard and check too. let me know if that helps.

Some automations especially requiring system functions wont work normally without additional permissions. so if you have any small automations give it a try with it and see if it works.

If its software bugs that reduces, we always get it fixed in future iOS Software updates. so dont worry about it.

Problem with Automation is there since iOS 16 release, users were reporting some automations not working due to permission issues mostly. Lets wait for 16.1 update, I am expecting it by next week. that will bring more bug fixes and then check automation again. that should help.

Hi bro, It could be due to current iOS bugs. are you running iOS 16? if yes, do perform “Settings – general – reset – reset all settings” once. make sure all the apps are updated to latest version. Then see how the overall speed and performance is. for Shortcuts and Automations, it normally takes couple of seconds to execute. But for other apps slow loading or lagging problem is not normal.
Let me know if all settings reset shows any improvements. also whats your current battery health percentage?
