Win an iPad Every Week – Upload Presentations and Tweet

If you are working with any elearning projects or expert in creating attractive, influencing powerpoint slides, then here a chance for you to win a free iPad every week. Author stream has released win an iPad few months back for retweeting their news with some hash tag. Now they are back with a new contest to celebrate their 1 million user base. Every week they will select the best powerpoint that is actually retweeted with a specific Hash Tag. Winner will get an Apple iPad and this contest goes on for every upcoming weeks 🙂 till 19th September, 2010.

Here are the rules for the participation,

0) Sign In to upload presentations and tweet them with #authorSTREAM & #PowerPoint tag. More uploads, more chances of winning! More uploads increase your chances of winning as the draw is based on the number of uploads.

1) All spectacular presentations uploaded and tweeted on twitter with #authorSTREAM & #PowerPoint tags during the contest period are eligible. Every week one lucky member wins an iPad. Winners will be decided by the authorSTREAM Admin Panel through a draw of lots of all outstanding uploaded presentations. Presentations will be included for the draw of lots at the sole discretion of the authorSTREAM Admin Panel.

2) The contest is open to all individuals who are legal residents and have attained at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. The contest is void in the countries and in any other jurisdiction where contests are prohibited or restricted by law.

3) The winners will be intimated via email and also on our contest page and our official twitter profile.

4) We recommend that you complete all your profile details and use a valid email address in order for us to get in touch with you. To claim the prize, winners have to send complete credentials to enable us to send your iPad. authorSTREAM reserves the right to check the authenticity of the person or organization.

5) No employees/kin from authorSTREAM and its affiliates are eligible for the contest.

6) The authorSTREAM 1 Million Members Celebration contest starts on 16th August, 2010 and ends on 19th September, 2010 (12 midnight EST).

7) If you win and merchandise cannot be shipped to your country, authorSTREAM will be sending you Amazon Gift Cards of equal amount that you can redeem in the Amazon store to buy yourself the choicest stuff!

8) Additional levies (like customs and other charges) have to be borne by the winner.

9) Presentations that have been uploaded by registered members only, will be considered for the draw of lots. No presentations from guest accounts are eligible.

10) The presentation must be your original creation. Please do not upload the work of others. It will be disqualified. Read our copyright policy here.

11) While there’s no limit to the number of presentations you upload, don’t upload the same presentation more than once. Duplicate uploads will not be taken into account for the draw of lots.

12) Presentations should have a theme and shouldn’t be abstract. While uploading presentations, make sure to select a category from the ones that are provided.

13) No SPAM presentations.

14) Presentations must be of good quality “in good spirit“, not containing any mature content and explicit material or illegal content or activity, and must otherwise comply with the authorSTREAM terms and conditions at http://www.authorstream.com/Termsandconditions. authorSTREAM reserves the right to reject any presentation at its sole discretion.
