How to Fix iCloud Drive is Loading Error on iPhone and iPad?

Before starting with the workaround, make sure you have performed basic troubleshooting steps like Restarting your iPhone or iPad once, and turning on/off airplane mode. Because in most cases performing a simple restart itself fixes such problems in iPhone. It could be a software glitch or bug causing such problem.

Even after performing a hard reset still, if your iPhone or iPad showing, “iCloud Drive is loading” error then proceed following further troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.

#1 Turn on iCloud Drive under Cellular Data

Make sure your iPhone iCloud Drive is turned on under cellular data, if your iCloud Drive is loading when connected to your iPhone Cellular network then your iCloud drive may be turned off under the cellular data option, try turning it on.

Step 1: Open the Settings app

Step 2: Navigate to Mobile Data or Cellular Data.

Step 3: Scroll down and check iCloud Drive is turned on

If the toggle is off, turn it on, and check whether the iCloud Drive Loading issue is fixed.

#2 Disable VPN

Step 4: Make sure the Set Automatically option is enabled

Make sure your iPhone is up to date, most users think it is a software update issue, if the problem has not been fixed with the above 3 steps then update your iOS to latest version.
