#1 Turn OFF and Turn ON Airplane mode

The immediate step to follow after you face the “An update is required to use cellular data on this iPhone” is to turn off and turn on Airplane mode, in most cases it may be a network issue and the signal strength may be weak to use cellular data on this iPhone.

Try turning off and turning on your iPhone’s airplane mode. This option will connect your iPhone to a nearby active network and increase signal strength. You can find the airplane mode option on the control center of your iPhone.

#2 Restart your iPhone

#4 Remove and ReInsert your sim card

#5 Reset All Settings

Step 1: Navigate to Settings > General .

Step 2: Scroll down and Navigate to Transfer or Reset iPhone.

Step 3: Tap Reset All Settings and enter your Passcode and Screen Time Passcode.

Step 4: Tap Reset All Settings and wait until your phone gets restart.
