Try Refreshing your Browser

You can refresh the page by clicking the reload button on the right of the URL bar or entering Command + R to reload the page.

Restart your Mac

To Restart your Apple Silicon based mac

Step 1: Shut Down your mac by pressing and holding power on/off button till you see the Apple logo.

Step 2: Wait for a few seconds and then press and hold power on/off button until the Startup option appears.

Step 3: Select your Startup Desk.

Step 4: Press and hold the Shift key and click continue.

Step 5: Click “continue in safe mode” while holding the Shift key.

Step 6: Wait until the login window appears, then enter your Credentials.

Step 7: Try installing the update.

Step 8: Get out of Safe Mode by restarting your mac by going to Apple Menu > Restart.

To Restart your Intel Based Mac,

Step 1: Shut Down your mac by pressing and holding power on/off button till you see the Apple logo.

Step 2: Wait for a few seconds, press the power on/off button, and immediately press and hold the shift key until the login window appears. Meanwhile, you will see the Apple logo but don’t take off your fingers, continue to press and hold the shift key until the login windows appear.

Step 3: Enter your login details; if your mac is encrypted, you must log in twice.

Step 4: Try updating your mac. 

Step 5: Get out of Safe Mode by restarting your mac by going to Apple Menu > Restart.

Update your Mac
