Many were expecting this feature from google to check their google docs, picasa web albums and gmail with same web browser still they signed in another google account. After several months of testing time, google brought this service to its users. Now you can sign into maximum of 3 accounts with different google accounts in same web browser. Many internet users normally have multiple web browsers in their personal computer, hence they use multiple accounts with different web browser to get use google docs, google calendar, gmail and so on. However, this service is not fully allowed across all google services and limited to,
- App Engine
- Code
- Calendar
- Gmail
- Reader
- Sites
- Voice
- Docs (coming soon)
You can enable this feature simply by navigating to your Google account page. You will see similar warning message while enabling this feature to ON, as it by default set to OFF.
Warning: Enabling multiple sign-in will disable Offline products like Offline Gmail and Offline Calendar, as well as any browser bookmarks you’ve set to link to your accounts. If you use Offline Gmail, make sure to sync your offline mail before enabling multiple sign-in so you don’t lose any messages in your outbox. If you would like to continue using Offline Gmail, Offline Calendar, and browser bookmarks linked to your accounts, do not enable the multiple sign-in option. If you have already enabled multiple sign-in, you may disable it.

Great feature Robin.. I cannot wait to finally be able to have only 1 browser open to be able to all of my google services.
But this is not available to all..Google has enabled this feature only to some till the testing phase finishes!
again google with it’s new feature….. it will reduce the time multi account users…
But this feature is not working for me. Are they testing this feature by providing access to limited number of people?
I was totally unaware of this feature until you just mentioned it. I think it would be great if they expanded it beyond three. This move seems like it was a no brainer for Google.
it would be beneficial when i get to access other impt google services like orkut, adsense etc on single browser and multiple accounts.
This is really nice update via Gmail but again why they had to disable Offline Gmail for people with this feature…
Great feature and one that was long time overdue. Having multiple accounts myself, this will really come in handy. I heard about it but not up until now did I know that it was already functional. Thanks for letting us know
Multiple sign-in doesn’t seem to work with Blogger which is pretty much the only Google service I needed it for! Crap!
