Microsoft SOCL Preview and First Look [Video]

Microsoft has launched an exclusive social network website for students across the world. The main objective is not just about social networking, also to integrate social search feature that makes SOCL differ from other leading services like Facebook and Google+. SOCL lets users to login using Facebook connect API at present and that too SOCL Invite based access. Microsoft Fuse Labs have developed this great tool and we can expect the public launch in few months.

Though it resembles Google+ in many part, and we must wait for some more time to see the beta versions for better UI and Design. Microsoft SOCL has Video Party area, where video sharing (HD) is enabled currently and we can expect some more tools like Whiteboard and so on for better collaborative environment and authoring. Web Conferencing made pretty easy and integrated in a seamless fashion these days with social networking website itself.

It is the place where millions of users stay maximum time in a day. When microsoft targets productivity as its primary Goal, there comes a positive chances that may let SOCL to stand out from the crowd for sure.
